REPORTED PROBLEMS "Fast Plans program starts but reports an error or crashes when I try to use it" This can be caused by the following:- 1. The download was corrupted -- re download the demo file. 2. Installing the Fast Plans program while other programs were running -- turn them off. Ensure you install Fast Plans on your main hard drive (usually C:) RUNTIME TROUBLESHOOTING We have had 2 reports of losing a drawing file while printing Fast Plans drawings, both happened while connected to the internet. We think this is caused by a badly written internet service program grabbing all the available memory. To avoid this happening, do not print Fast Plans drawings while connected to the internet. Should you suffer a drawing loss, immediately click the UNDO icon, it may save it, if you were printing at the time, as a safeguard, a backup file is automatically written. " Nothing unusual - any computer running Windows 98 up to the latest windows o.s. should be suitable.
